Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after an order has been processed.This apply only to orders to be shipped to Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Holiday Shipping Notice
Due to increased demand during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates even for expedited shipping options. Please place holiday orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. No product returns will be accepted for Not-Mint option. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs for any returning order.All purchases made during conventions,pop-up shows, or events are final and no returns are accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@toyscluster.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: A store credit will be issued for any type of return.
